At Karl, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns and hassle-free refunds.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on clothing items that meet the following conditions:

Returned within 14 days of delivery or in-store purchase

Item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or clearance items unless they are defective.

Option 1: In-Store Return – FREE
Visit our store with your item and proof of purchase to process your return instantly.
Option 2: Courier Return
Email us at karlsoutletsa@gmail.com to request a return via courier.

R60 return courier fee may apply (deducted from refund total)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method

Refunds exclude any original shipping fees (if applicable)

If the item was defective or incorrect, we’ll refund 100%, including any delivery charges
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us at karlsoutletsa@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we sincerely apologise. Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue. We’ll resolve the matter quickly with a replacement, refund, or return label.
