3. Payment

  • Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party providers.

  • We accept major payment methods including credit/debit cards and EFT.

  • Orders will only be processed once full payment is received.

4. Shipping

  • We offer FREE 2–3 day delivery nationwide and next-day delivery for R99.

  • In-store pickup is also available for free.

  • Orders placed before 1PM will be processed the same day (Monday–Friday).

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Items may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition.

  • Refunds are processed once the item is inspected and approved.

  • Certain items may be non-returnable (e.g., clearance or worn items).
